Regarding our Ready to GO packages

Q: do these table set ups come with treats or candy?

A: These do NOT come with any form or treats or desserts. We provide only the decor set up. Which is why the price is super affordable.

Q:Why are each set priced differently?

A: Every set is different, and some have more details, more platters, and or stands etc. The more items a tablescape has  or the more elaborate, the more expensive it gets. 

 

Q. Can Other Designers use your set ups for their own hired parties.

A. Yes, we love working with other designers, and have no animosity towards others who work in the industry. We do however  have it in our contract that you  can not claim the design as your own and do need to give us proper credit where it is due, online , word of mouth, tag us on social media. Designing these packages my intention is trying to make it easy for everyone.

Q: Can I pick up and set up my self? Will it cut the cost down?

A: answer to this one is YES. I am now offering our DIY packages that I design, and you can set up your self. We will need a credit card on file for any kind of damage. And the reason for this is some of our pieces we have had for years, and are one of the kind props or decor. So when pieces are broken, we know have to go out and find replacements for. Some we might not even find replacements. I ask that you handle with care, and watch little ones who are eager to help set up, that is where we typically see broken items. I understand accidents do happen.

Q: What is pick up time?

A: I will have a PICK UP time between 9 am - 12 pm on Friday before your event. & DROP OFF time 9 am - 12 pm on following Monday. (unless otherwise discussed) There will be an added late fee of $30 each day late, charged to card on file, if items are not returned during the allotted time.

This is all written out in your rental agreement for your convenience.

Q: Why do I see a RETAIL VALUE? 

A: We added this on here so you can see the retail Value of all the items pictured (give or take some things) THIS IS HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST YOU TO BUY ALL THE ITEMS YOU SEE IN THE PACKAGE. REMEMBER SOME ITEMS ARE VINTAGE, ANTIQUE AND HAVE BEEN BOUGHT THROUGHOUT THE YEARS. SO SOME ITEMS ARE NOT EVEN AVAILABLE IN STORE ANYMORE.WE HAVE DONE ALL OF THE HARD WORK FOR YOU. LESS TIME SHOPPING AROUND ON YOUR END. 

Q: Why hire you, when I can go out and buy all these things and do it my self?

A: I have been designing tablescapes for almost 5 years now, I have a huge inventory that has taken me 4 years to build. Yes you can go and try and source items your self. Or you can have me design something amazing with out a worry on your end. & the great thing you don't have to do,is go to a million different stores to find matching pieces. We have done all the hard work for you. One less thing to worry about. Plus I have designed some pretty cool themes that will be show stoppers at your next event.

Q: What size table are these designed around?

A: All these designs are set up for a 6 ft rectangle table.

Q: Does this set up come with a table?

A: No it does not come with an actual table. Typically the party hostess with have a designated table just for us to set up on. 

Q: When should I book?

A: Booking early is always key. There are only one of each theme, so making sure you book what you want early will help you secure your date.

Q:How much is required up front?

A: We ask for 50% non refundable deposit when booking. We are securing a particular theme for you, and making sure you pay your deposit holds that date for your event. The remaining Balance is due 1 month prior to your event.(We send out reminders) 

Q:Can I ask for a custom set up that I do not see here?

We will not customize any of these setups besides adding number balloons. 

If you would like a custom set up, we can schedule a consultation and go over custom pricing.

Q: What is the delivery and set up fee?

Please refer to the column right next to this for mileage fees.

Q:Why is there no design fee?

A: I did not add a design fee to any of these setups. I am trying to make these packages budget friendly and if I would have done so, it would have added a couple extra hundred dollars to each set. Retail Rental fees, delivery and mileage is what the cost makes up in the end.

SET UP FEES

Don't have the time to set up the package your self? We can set it up for you.

This fee includes a same day set up & tear down fee 

Set up Time varies from one Package to another. Set up time can take roughly

2-4 hours depending on package booked)

DELIVERY FEES

Don't have time to stop by and pick up our D.I.Y. packages, busy? But you are interested in renting? We make house calls, just to drop off packages, that you will set up your self. Person on contract will need to be home to sign for delivery. 

Items will be dropped off at person on contracts home THURSDAY before your event. We do not Deliver day of event. and we will not deliver to a venue.
